Writing Retreat

Together with a group of former colleagues from Utrecht University, I went on a writing retreat to Cornwall, UK. After the Corona dip, we all felt we could use some extra motivation to work, and especially to write, so we decided to inspire and support each other.
During the trip, we went hiking to clear our minds, played games, and had great dinners together. We also set up new collaborations, helped one another with our projects, and, most importantly, actually got some work done!
After this trip, I returned to the office with renewed energy. I can truly recommend this kind of retreat to anyone who feels a bit stuck or on autopilot.
