Veni granted!

I am one of the lucky 188 in the Netherlands that was awarded a Veni grant! A Veni is a research grant for talented early career researchers to conduct the research of their choice. I already heared the good news on the 10th of July, but it was under embargo until today. It was quite difficult not to tell everyone immediately. The application was a lot of work and at times also stressfull, but it turned out to be worth it! The title of my project is "Deltas as a record of ancient hydrological conditions on Mars". I am looking forward to this next exciting period in my life.
