On my way to Manchester airport from Bangor, Wales, UK. This weekend I joined a workshop on cohesive sediments in flumes, which was great and very relevant for my research! We got to see different types of sediment gravity flows and bedforms under different flow conditions and with and without EPS (Extracellular Polymeric Substances) which is used to generate biological cohesion. I learned a lot and met a lot of nice and interesting people.
